Stilver Lugrathe, Chair of the Office of Resource and Civil Management, has posted a reward of $500,000 for information leading to the capture of his daughter, Ikavelth Lugrathe, and her companion, Vitharen Undral, the office confirmed this week. The notice describes Miss Lugrathe as having left Grove Hospital before her discharge in the company of Undral, whom it names a person of concern, and says the two are believed to have travelled south. The sum is among the largest ever posted in the region for a private matter, and it was issued over the Chair’s own name.

Reached at his home on Thornveil Court, the Chair spoke of his daughter with evident emotion. “I am a father before I am anything else,” he said. “Ikavelth is unwell, and she is frightened, and she is out there somewhere in the dark with a man I don’t trust. I do not care what it costs me. I want my girl brought home safe, to the people who love her. If you have seen her, I am begging you, send word. No parent should have to lie awake every night wondering whether his own child is still alive.”
