The Office of Resource and Civil Management (ORCM) has issued public notices seeking two individuals, Ikavelth Lugrathe and Vitharen Undral, whose whereabouts are unknown. Ms. Lugrathe, daughter of ORCM Chair Stilver Lugrathe, was admitted to Grove Hospital, following what the office at the time described as a domestic disturbance at the Chair’s residence. The office would not say when she left the hospital’s care, or in what circumstances. Mr. Undral, of the Whispering Groves, is known to be an associate of Ms. Lugrathe and it is possible that they may be traveling together.

The notices as circulated this week by the Office of Resource and Civil Management.

A spokesperson advised that residents should not approach either individual, and asked that information be brought to the nearest ORCM office or call the number printed on the notices, (619) 363-2585. The office of Chair Lugrathe did not respond to a request for comment by the hour of printing.
